Genuine, reliable, and good old school service. I would not recommend anyone to take care of your heating and air needs! They've always done our annual service but my wife hadn't called soon enough the guys were booked because of their reliability. We used another outfit which serviced our furnace then proceeded to nickel and dime us never fixing the issue. The boss of the competitor offered to come out after the 3rd visit. I told the wife too late let's get D&M back out here. John came out gave a thorough inspection and educated, not sell me on exactly why it was time for a new furnace. The guys came out installed the furnace. We ran into a snag with a finished basement getting the old furnace out. Dan showed up on the install to make sure it was handled professionally and with care. Needless to say the install went wonderfully. Took extra care to leave my home as they found it. Anyone within their radius shouldn't use anyone else. Thank you guys again! Learned my lesson of patience if I call too late no one else worth using. In today's world this kind of service is what people refer to the good old times!

I gave them a call this morning very fast at answering and letting me know when he could come out to check my furnace which was within an hour. He was very quick at getting out here and was able to get us back up and running. Very nice guy I will be using them for my future problems and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Twas the Saturday after Christmas and all through the house, the heat was not. In a panic, we called D&M and 20 minutes later a technician was at our home.
