Above and beyond customer service and superb knowledge base! Dan drove out to our lake house on Koontz Lake to give us a free consultation and explained all things air conditioning so we could make the best AC decision. We then hired him to install a new AC unit- even gave him our house key to be there when we were gone. He and his crew did a fantastic job! Weeks later, we had an AC issue at our DeMotte home, so we called D&M and Dan and his crew came over later that day! He fixed the problem, gave us some pointers, and did NOT charge us for the visit! Thank you Dan and crew for being diligent in your work, knowledgeable about your products, and prompt in your service.

These folks are, by far, the best! I would give them 10 stars if I could! I came home one day when it was 90-some degrees outside, only to discover that it was even hotter inside my house. I called D&M, and they were here in no time. The technician did everything he possibly could to get my very old air conditioner running again, but unfortunately, it needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote, and I thought the price was phenomenal from the start. When they came to do the installation, they showed up a day early—which I greatly appreciated—and, of course, they called first to make sure that was okay. The job started with one gentleman and his teenage son, and I have to say, it was wonderful to see a father taking the time to teach his son the value of hard work. Another gentleman joined them, the owner stopped by, and the original technician who had come out to diagnose my air conditioner also came by. Then came a torrential downpour. I mean, it was raining so hard that I was worried a tornado might come through. And that poor man still stayed outside in the pouring rain and finished the job! I couldn't believe his dedication. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly polite, professional, and well-mannered. They even spoke so highly of their boss and how much they love working for him and how good he is to them. That says a lot about a company and the people who work there. When the job was finished, the price was exactly what I was quoted—not one penny more. They were reliable, dependable, honest, hardworking, and incredibly kind. I truly cannot say enough good things about D&M. They went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the excellent work they did. If you need HVAC work, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!
